Hybrid Solar Solutions grew out of the conviction that solar only pays off when it is properly sized and properly installed. We have been installing photovoltaic systems since 2019 and set the company up formally in 2025, to give a proper structure to work that had been going on for years. Today we design, install and maintain systems for households, businesses and farms across the country.

A voluntary European Commission reference for SMEs reporting sustainability information. We take an approach aligned with its principles.

Our story
2019
The first home installations, around Leiria, done alongside day-to-day technical work on site.
2022
Storage becomes part of most projects, as energy prices rise.
2025
Hybrid Solar Solutions is formally incorporated and the regional network of certified installers gets under way.
2026
Specialisation in hybrid inverters and Felicity batteries, kept permanently in stock.
Who does what on your project
Assessment and quote
We look at your bill, your consumption pattern and your roof. The quote names the make and model of every piece of equipment, with output and payback worked out for your case — not for an average.
Licensing
We handle the UPAC registration with the DGEG, the Portuguese energy authority — UPAC being the self-consumption unit that has to be registered — the grid connection and, above 30 kW, the production licence. The customer deals with no paperwork at all.
Installation
A certified installer from your own region, working to the same standard of mounting, cabling and protection on every job, from the Algarve to Trás-os-Montes.
After-sales
Monitoring on the customer's behalf, preventive maintenance and support. The installation warranty is ours, not the manufacturer's.
